There is also individual work within a group consisting of 4- 5 people in our Wellness Centre on the Golan Heights.

The course is the original creation of Aleksey Dashkovsky who designed the health programs and procedures. We offer well-balanced nutrition, unloading and juice therapy days, working with images and thoughts, physical activities, hiking, outdoor walks and, of course, all in the natural surroundings of the Golan.
The program includes interesting travel all over Israel, experiencing Jerusalem and swimming in the Mediterranean, Dead Sea, and Lake Kinneret and in the Holy Jordan River.
